Refund, Return, and Cancellation Policies

Our goal is to ensure our customers are 100% satisfied with their purchase and that it arrives in perfect condition.

Refunding

If you are unhappy with your order, we will refund or exchange your product within 10 days of when the order was registered for shipping, delivered, or shipped. However, you must notify us within 7 days of delivery that you will be returning the product. Refunds, including shipping costs, will only be issued if the products were delivered in error, are defective, or were badly damaged. Orders for bottles with personalized engravings cannot be canceled or refunded.

Please note that for certain products marked on our website as “Warning: these bottles may leak when shipping; therefore, shipping is at the buyer’s risk,” refunds for damages will not be issued.

Refunded orders must be returned in the original packaging and in good condition for the refund to be granted. Refunds will be processed within 10 days of receiving the product(s).

Cancellations

You can cancel your order, but this must be done via email within 4 hours of purchasing. If an order has already been registered for shipping, the buyer will have to wait for the product to be retrieved, assessed, and analyzed before a refund is made. This usually takes between 3 to 10 business days, depending on certain factors. Any dispute made within this time will be rejected.

If the product has been shipped and is pending delivery, you must return the product to us for it to be canceled, and you will be reimbursed. Unless the product is damaged and/or defective, you will be responsible for the full cost of returning the product (including shipping both ways) and ensuring it arrives in the original condition it was received. You have legal responsibility for the product until it is returned to us. Should the products show evidence of any tampering, we reserve the right to ask for compensation.

Returns

You are responsible for returning your order to us unless it was already damaged or defective.

Please follow the instructions below for returning items:

  1. Return a copy of the invoice, highlighting the return items, and write the reason for returning and the quantity.
  2. Place the order and invoice in the original packaging as tightly and securely as possible to ensure minimal damage during transit.
  3. Fix our address on the packaging and ensure no other addresses are visible.
