Kilchoman 100% Islay 10th Edition is produced from barley (Optic and Publican varieties) grown in the fields of the distillery and peat at 20ppm. It is an assembly of 39 ex-bourbon barrels and 2 ex-Oloroso sherry distilled in 2007, 2008 and 2009, with a minimum age of 9 years. Uncolored and cold filtered, it has an alcohol content reduced to 50%, and has a limited edition of 12,400 copies.

Islay’s youngest farm-distillery is already celebrating its 10th anniversary. It is with its legendary 100% Islay vintage that Kilchoman chose to celebrate its anniversary. Fiercely independent Kilchoman 100% Islay 10th Edition proudly boasts its Single malt whiskey made entirely from barley grown on the family farm-distillery in Islay.

For this 10th edition, Kilchoman offers a subtle peat (20ppm versus the usual 50ppm in the range).
